Tommy Jenkins is an educator and writer. He teaches at North Carolina State University and lives in Raleigh, NC, with his beautiful and amazing wife. He loves the UNC Tar Heels, the Grateful Dead, books, and comics. Yes, he is a Tar Heel who works with the Wolfpack (and he loves working at NC State). His fiction has appeared in Gut Cult magazine and The Raleigh Review. His graphic novel Drawing the Vote was published by Abrams Comicarts on March 24, 2020 (digitally) and April 21, 2020 (hardcover). The paperback was published on August 30, 2022.
